1. Eligibility: Giveaway is offered and open only to entrants 18 years or older (except in Alabama and Nebraska where entrants must be 19 years or older and Mississippi where entrants must be 21 years or older) as of the date of entry who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia. All Giveaway entries must be received by 11:59pm Eastern Time on August 21st 2024. The Giveaway is sponsored by and prize provided by Educational Testing Service (ETS) only, located at Rosedale Road, Princeton, New Jersey 08541. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta. ETS employees are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter: No purchase necessary. To submit a valid entry, Entrants must follow all the steps located on the GRE General Test Facebook and Instagram page and follow all the directions in the Giveaway. Entrants must complete the initial entry steps before submitting bonus entries. Each comment will be counted as a bonus entry. You may submit more than one (1) entry per person, household or email address per drawing period. Entrants may also enter the Giveaway by submitting their first and last name and contact information to [email protected]. Entries generated by a script, macro, bot, or other automated means, except as described in the Giveaway will be disqualified. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. ETS is not responsible for late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries. Incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries are void and will not be accepted. All entries, including but not limited to responses to Giveaway prompts, become ETS property and will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering the Giveaway, you consent to ETS, its subsidiaries, affiliates and related corporations, collecting and using your contact information for the purposes of the Giveaway and for other marketing purposes as outlined below.

3. Prize(s): Ten (10) winners will be selected at random for the Giveaway. Nine Winners will receive the GRE General Test Prep Pack (a value of $180) and one grand prize winner will receive a GRE General Test registration and GRE General Test Prep Pack (a value of $400). All prizes are subject to expiration and winners will be notified of any expiration or use by dates. GRE test registration prize does not cover the cost of any location or other change fees. Giveaway winners will be selected at random and receive a notification on or about August 23rd 2024. The winner will receive the prize noted in the Giveaway or an equivalent prize selected by ETS. One prize per person. No alternative prize, cash equivalent or other substitution is permitted except by ETS in the event of prize unavailability. ETS reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. Prizes are nontransferable, nonnegotiable, nonrefundable and may be subject to expiration. All federal, state and/or local taxes, and other expenses associated with the acceptance and use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. THE PRIZE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," AND ETS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WITH RESPECT THERETO, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

4. Winner(s): The Winner(s) will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received, to be conducted by ETS at the conclusion of the entry period. All entries must be received by 11:59pm Eastern Time on August 21st, 2024. Winner(s) will be notified via Direct Message or Email and will need to provide their full name, address and email address within the time specified in the notification. Odds of winning depend on total number of entries received. In order to claim the prize, the winner may be required to complete an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release and/or marketing and media consent release which must be signed and returned within the time specified on the notification otherwise an alternate winner will be selected at random. Winner(s) of the Giveaway consent to their name or social media username or handle to be posted on ETS’s social media profiles on Facebook and Instagram or other social media platforms identifying them as a winner.  

5. Conduct: By entering this Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Regulations (“The Rules”). All decisions in regard to the Giveaway are final and binding in all respects. ETS reserves the right at its discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ETS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  

6. General Terms and Conditions: By participating entrants agree that ETS, its shareholders, agents and representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible or liable for, and shall be released and held harmless from: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, any technical, computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, or human error, of any kind; (ii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of ETS that may cause the Giveaway to be disrupted or corrupted, including theft, destruction or alteration of entries or website tampering; (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Giveaway; (iv) any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with or resulting from participation in the Giveaway, acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, misrepresentation, defamation, or invasion of privacy. ETS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Giveaway at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical or procedural problem impairs or corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. Except where prohibited by law, Entrant grants ETS, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and related corporations a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner’s name, photograph, voice, video submissions, still images derived from video submissions, likeness and/or quotes without further authorization, compensation or renumeration of any kind for advertising, promotion and other marketing purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known. Entrants may revoke consent to use winner’s name, photograph, voice, video submissions, still images derived from video submissions, likeness and/or quotes by emailing ETS at [email protected]. By participating entrants agree to hold Meta harmless from liability. Other legal terms and conditions may apply and Giveaway may be void where prohibited.
